DESCRIPTION:This month’s Sangha Circle will feature Yoga Therapy for children using the Yoga for the Special Child method, created by Sonia Sumar.  Shanthi Erin Haddock has been studying Yoga and Yoga for the Special Child with Sonia Sumar since 2010.  She has worked with children in clinical, school, and yoga studio settings for over a decade and is a Yoga for the Special Child Part 1 teacher trainer.  The Sangha Circle will feature a discussion of the application of the YSC method in various settings, a short demonstration of a group Yoga Therapy session for kids, and time for Q&A\n
