DESCRIPTION:We are excited to welcome Karuna Kreps, Integral Yoga teacher for 50+ years and creator of the Integral Yoga End-of-Life Project and Chandra/Jo Sgammato, Integral Yoga teacher and former 20+ year employee and general manager of New York IYI.\n\nEvery human being, regardless of current health conditions or challenges, will one day die. This transition has the potential to be either traumatic and disastrous for the person and his/her/their family or intentional and peaceful. As Yoga Therapists, you can bring  profound benefits and comfort to your clients by encouraging them to utilize the Integral Yoga teachings that have been compiled for the End of Life project, website, and workshops.\n\nThis month in our sangha circle we will discover and discuss how to serve our clients who are nearing death or are concerned with planning for the end of life.  Karuna will give a tour of the Integral Yoga End-of-Life Project website, and the tools she has created for accessing care-giving service. She and Chandra will guide you to the recordings of six workshops that were held in 2022 on each of the six tracks that together provide a complete understanding of and plan for our departure.\n\nHaving these tools will enhance your service to clients as an Integral Yoga Therapist.
