“The most rewarding part of being a yoga therapist is the opportunity to serve and share the unlimited gifts that yoga has to offer. When not teaching, you can find me reading inspiring books, practicing bhakti on my harmonium, playing with my grandson and in the garden, tending flowers and medicinal herbs and veg, saving seeds for my beloved sangha and greater community.”
