Client/Group progress summary

Client keeps showing up. Most appreciative of being led through Asanas. Listens to Raja topics - hard to tell if he's receptive to them. Ups & downs regarding his energy levels. We talked about energetic vs. emotional energy. He noted it's hard to tell if it's his body that's feeling tired or his thoughts that are causing his lethargy and low-energy. We agreed it's probably a combination.
He also mentioned a sense of Dominant vs. Non-dominant sides during asanas. That is, one side being stronger or more supple in a posture We discussed the principle of Asymmetry and Acceptance. Nothing wrong per se - something to merely be noted. Another means for connecting with the body.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Good to continue working w/ MB. We've come a long way. Most satisfying to consider where we started and how far we've come in our therapeutic relationship.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I'll continue working with Balance - proprioceptive awareness - spending some time w/ Tadasana.
