Client/Group progress summary

Client is steadfast and committed. She's working with various doctors to address her conditions, started working with an endocrinologist and may be dealing with PCOS. She's open to whatever is showing up and willing to do whatever it takes to meet these challenges. Her self-agency is impressive.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Good to continue working with client and consider where we started and are right now. Happy to meet her where she's at and work with that. No expectations. I'm inspired by her commitment and self-agency in light of all she's facing. Trusting I'll be able to offer some beneficial insight and practices to support her wherever she's at when we meet.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue w/ focus on supporting the Psoas through Asana practice. Will also introduce an Asana focusing on the Piriformis with a dynamic Asana to strengthen and lengthen. Continue with Pranayama and Meditation.
