Client/Group progress summary

Clients show increased engagement, ability to settle, participation in all aspects of class. They report how much better they feel. Clients report practicing brain movements at home. I observe better coordination/dexterity in asana.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I’ve loved how this is evolving, having surveyed the group for goals at the beginning informed the additional workshop time and focus of classes. I continue to get to know these folks on a deeper level and have conversations after class. I wish I had more time with them (weekly).

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

The next in-depth focus is pranayama, and then chair yoga for strength. The classes will be similar, with more focus on mechanics of breathing, stretching the intercostals with movement and breath, and exhaling fully. The outline of those 2 workshops will be included on the next report.
