And this: Sutra 1.36 - Or by concentrating on the supreme, ever-blissful light within.

You can imagine a brilliant divine light which is beyond all anxieties, fear and worry –SSS

I honor the light in you that is the same light in me.

Client/Group progress summary

Very focused group today, concerns about how the list is being handled and why a few of them hadn’t been to class in awhile.
This particular combination worked very well together. One of the feedback comments was that there was a “positive energy exchange” in the group today.

Some other feedback:
The facilitator’s fluidity, tone and knowledge contributed to a phenomenal class, enjoyed every minute.
Wonderfully relaxing. Learning to release toxic thoughts and feelings.
Enjoyed coming to peace.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I considered calling out today. I just wanted to sit on the porch. I prayed for willingness and got my butt to the detention center and had 2 great classes. That’s how I keep getting confirmation that I’m on the right track, or at least in the right place for today.
It’s a cycle I go through sometimes, maybe everyone does.
I am tired of these reports (just being honest) and happy to be done with at least this little part. Some days sharing about these 2 classes has felt like an intrusion.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I plan to keep doing what I’m doing, maybe start a process of keeping some sort of notes that feel appropriate. If I keep the current group, I’ll find a way to teach them about the chakras 🙂 but not kundalini.
