Sangha Circle–Kirtan with Kavi: Chanting from the Heart
Kirtan: Chanting from the Heart” with Christopher Kavi Carbone
Join us in welcoming Kavi as he shares an educational and experiential Kirtan session! We will discuss the benefits of chanting and how to support students in finding a supportive chanting practice while participating in an immersive Kirtan experience.
“Immersing ourselves in the present moment with melodic chant,
drawing from the yogic tradition of Kirtan,
which includes sacred sounding, chanting and vibrational attunement,
along with chants from other Sacred / Bhakti streams
to share in this uplifting practice, as a gift from the heart.”
