| Scope - Key concepts and goals identified; appropriately applied to client/group | 5 Exceptional Response is focused and compelling. Details are richly presented in a purposeful and concise way. |
| Feedback on Scope | By using what the client was already doing on her own, you set her up for success and by adding some of what she asked for and some of your own recommendations as well as those from PT, it seems like the perfect mix. You met her right where she was and including the 2 children, allowing her to see that this in fact can be done! Beautifully illustrated. Great suggestions for her asana practice based on her intake and assessment and well integrated with all branches! |
| Comprehension of Core Concepts - Demonstrates a clear understanding of concepts from modules with the integration of critical thinking skills in goal and implementation. | 5 Exceptional The response is complex, accurate, comprehensive, & showing breadth and depth of information; relationships are described and conclusions drawn. |
| Feedback on Comprehension of Core Concepts | Nice use of a variety of tools, both from her current practice and adding on. Nice way to incorporate the Ayurveda info along with stress management, some raja and adaptive with some therapeutic too! Fully integrated! |
| Analysis of Key Issues - Shows consideration of specific client/group, IY, and Yoga Therapy. | 5 Exceptional The analysis is well reasoned, logical sequence and rational; Thoughtful and convincing response clearly demonstrates depth of topic knowledge |
| Analysis of Key Issues Feedback | Consideration of the client, where she is post partum, her baby and other child - definitely tailor made. |
| Application--IYTh teachings and client goals are clearly and appropriately addressed in plan and follow up. | 4 Proficient The response shows evidence of the ability to apply skills; the response is mostly complete but may have some gaps |
| Application of Key Teaching Feedback | Very well thought out, thorough care plan created using an integrated approach for this client taking into account all of the relevant info.....but as with some other plans, maybe too much. Better to have more than needed than not enough? and there's more to use going forward. Sometimes simple is best. |
| Relevance and Accuracy - Justifies methods and application. | 5 Exceptional Points / assertions are supported by relevant research and references. |
| Relevance and Accuracy Feedback | Good use of relevant research/course materials to support the plan for this client |
| Integration and Originality - Exhibits critical thinking and individualized approach to client/group. Shows a difference between Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist approach. | 5 Exceptional Demonstrates critical thinking about the topic and own interpretations. The reasoning is not merely presented but interpreted and applied to core concept. |
| Integration and Originality Feedback | This plan shows the specific want/goal of the client, but as usual, you found that they might actually need something a little different. Another example of less is more. The am/pm ritual for someone with a baby is very powerful and might just be the bookends that are needed. By adding some of the baby steps - using some of what she was already doing, and what the PT had her doing, and just adding on, might well have been sufficient - for now. |
| Observations, Recommendations, Alternative Solutions - Reveals significant reflection and understanding of population and Yoga therapy. Displays ability to adapt, adjust, accommodate. | 5 Exceptional Well-reasoned, logical, relevant observations and recommendations on effective solutions to most of the problems/issues. Alternatives are discussed and cover all areas of evaluation. |
| Observations, Recommendations, Alternative Solutions Feedback | So nice to see you come to your own conclusions as you reflect on the time spent with the client. Well Done! |
| Writing Skills and Professional Presentation - Case Study is presented in professional manner. | 4 Proficient Competent There are few spelling or grammatical errors. Most ideas are clearly presented, and references are used. |
| Writing Skills and Professional Presentation Feedback | good job! |
