Even though the diagnosys changed and the SI and pain was addressed mainly by working on the asymmetricity, was this goal of strengthening followed?

Classically this is a mudra and has nothing to do with restorative application as we teach the legs up the wall which is not a mudra. This is a modernized way of using a Sanskrit name for something that was very different practice and purpose classically. Please explore.
