Client Goals:
1) She would like to decrease her pain.
2) She would like to maintain her health and increase her strength.

These are common goals of clients especially in their late 40ties, 50ties and early 60ties. In medical world in is noted that this age group is very much concerned with aging and the ability to sustain or improve physical form and health. The "alternate" goal to provide a way to reduce stress was thr right call.
