Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Homework assignment to client/group
Client did practice circular eye movements almost every day, she states that she enjoys the palming and the warmth on her eyes, she feels that this is very soothing for her eyes, as she had an eye infection over the winter and she is working on the computer a lot.
Taught her alternate nostril breathing and given it to her as a homework assignment.
Activities
Started out with checking in about her last week and what was happening in her professional and personal life , also to see, if she had time to practice .She states that she is working developing her personal practice at home. She feels that she is not moving enough in her day to day life.Talked about the first two keys in the four looks and keys and how this could relate to her own life.
Started into the practice with 3 ohms,
centering,
circular eye movements
head movements
shoulder movements
chest openers
moon salutation with warrior one and goddess pose
cat cow on the floor
sunbird
corps pose
chest to knee pose
lying twist
guided relaxation with imagery
Client/Group progress summary
She talked about her last week, how she was trying to cut down on her use of sugar and not eating snacks late at night.
During the circular eye movements the client became dizzy and slightly disoriented , we paused to assess and see if this improves again and after 1 minute the client was able to continue .
We just did very gentle head movements and then shoulder circles. The client no longer felt dizzy. We did chest openers with the focus on breathing and moon salutations as I thought it would be a more gentle and calming practice rather than the sun salutations I had planned, the client enjoyed this practice .It was new to her.
She enjoyed the more gentle practice because she felt it was very accessible to her.
She also enjoyed the guided relaxation at the end of the session.
Reflection and self-evaluation
I feel that I was able to adjust my treatment plan to the clients needs.
I was surprised that she to got dizzy during the eye movements .I will check in with my mentor in supervision about that.I think that after a brief pause and discussing what happened with my client ,she felt safe to continue with the practice .
I think shifting form sun salutations to moon salutation was appropriate to calm her nervous system.
She did state that she found the guided relaxation very relaxing, and she was glad it was guided and not too long ,as she could feel herself starting to fall asleep.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
continue to explore the next key in the four locks and keys
she will continue with eye movements and alternate nostril breathing
will see if I can incorporate sun salutation into the next session.
I will continue to use motivational interviewing to explore her resistance to develop a daily practice.
