| Activities | Started out with checking in about her last week and what was happening in her professional and personal life , also if she had time to practice .She states that she wanted to work on her personal practice at home, but she did not have time. She feels that it might be better if she tried to make time in the moring. She states that she is not moving enough in her day to day life but she is working on including more physical activity into her daily activities.Talked about the first two keys in the four looks and keys and how they could relate to her own life. |
| Client/Group progress summary | She was a bit frustrated with herself because she did not find as much time to practice as she wanted to. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | I feel that I was able to adjust the session to the clients needs. She does like to reflect on the four locks and keys especially about her relationship with her family and coworkers.I do have to be very aware of my time management with this client as she enjoys talking , selecting and analyzing. She asks very appropriate questions, as she gets more familiar with yogic practice .Shared that she enjoys bringing in the breathing practice into her sessions with her own clients. She is getting more and more interested into the benefits of yoga. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | I will continue to check in with the client about her practice. |
