Client/Group progress summary

She was a bit frustrated with herself because she did not find as much time to practice as she wanted to.
She did feel that she has a bit more energy not and was wondering if it has to do with her eating less sugar now.
She did not have and other episode of getting dizzy or disoriented. She enjoys the gentle flow of the asanas. She enjoys reflecting on her week.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I feel that I was able to adjust the session to the clients needs. She does like to reflect on the four locks and keys especially about her relationship with her family and coworkers.I do have to be very aware of my time management with this client as she enjoys talking , selecting and analyzing. She asks very appropriate questions, as she gets more familiar with yogic practice .Shared that she enjoys bringing in the breathing practice into her sessions with her own clients. She is getting more and more interested into the benefits of yoga.
During our yoga session her husband came in to complain about her son skipping school again, which disrupted the flow of our session. She was able to get back into a rhythm .I feel even though the session is online and she is in her own home, it would be of great benefit to her to claim this time as her own time and encourage her husband to respect her space.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I will continue to check in with the client about her practice.
Help her to develop her own personalized practice so she can continue to practice on her own.
