Client/Group progress summary

This group progress very well, they have been keeping up with their home practice and each week got so much more present. I highly encouraged them keeping it daily because this was our last session.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I am very proud of this group, mainly because they learned how to use their breath and understood the importance of presence, even though it is not always easy and even achievable. and to be kind to themselves on those days.
Asanas are important to them and that is what brings them to class and they learned how to take their asana practice home, even for a few minutes a day.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
