| Physical | All clients exercises. GB is an avid runner and lifts light weights. DM does yoga regularly and walks. DB walks. CM takes exercise classes at the YMCA. All did the movements with ease but some were more stiff than others. |
| Client/Group goals | All clients want stronger bones and more flexibility |
| Energetic | All clients were eager to start. Very chatty in the beginning but once I started with the session, all were quiet and listening, |
| Emotional | All were very focused. All know each other so they have a great rapport. |
| Spiritual orientation and needs | All believe the mind, body and spirit are connected. None are avid church goers. |
| Intellectual / Sense of self | All are still working and 2 are still commuting to NYC and have a high stress job. They all are avid readers and travelers. |
| Yoga philosophy/wisdom research reference(s) | Sutra 1.14 I will explain what 1.14 means. I'll explain that I'll be giving them homework and ask that they do it every day without break, with all earnest for time so it can be firmly rooted, stable, and solid foundation. I'll start with the my first class with grounding, noticing the feet and then move into mountain pose so they can feel rooted, stable with a solid foundation. |
| Scientific research reference(s), why chosen, how you plan to incorporate 1-3 | https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4851231/ I used Dr. Fishman's research on Osteopenia and Youtube video. |

| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
