Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

He continues to do deep work with L shoulder with his PT. Frustrated it is not better. The rest feel like it is contiuing to improve.
Phil Teaching/Discussion
Atman (steady through eternity), Purusha (conscious being, unchanging-blissful light), Prakriti (all that is not purusha-nature, mind, the universe, energy, elements) 3 gunas qualities of matter and energy (rajas, tamas, sattva). Learning to recognize the gunas to determine what you can do to balance your own energy.
Are you more rajas body? mind or Tamasic ? I am giving him language to express the way different Koshas may be in different Gunas and that he can practice in a way to balance himself. Rjasic in body maybe more reps with movement, mor tamasic in mind maybe practice deeper but quicker pranayama 5:5 vs 6:8 for relaxing.
For your breath and imagery can help shift and the way you do your practice.
Connect to breath, deepen and lengthen inhale and exhale -pause between. Allowing the armor to sink away as the relaxation grows.
Psychic NS figured out he can do NS as his right hand can do the mudra.
Movement r foot L arm -progress movement into lifting leg slightly and lifting arm
Inhale Lift R arm L foot/leg Exhal slow release then opp side
HW do one of above multiple times before going side to side
Cervical movements
Sit up lift from shoulders and elongate neck- (no tucking chin)
Bridge
-Begin to use the humm on exhale to slow the movement down (use on last 2 that you do of these 3 exercises)
First engage Back muscles on inhale by bringing shoulder blades together and down
1. Then lift into bridge ( **you probably want someone holding lower legs and feet -hip width apart.) Inhale lift pause then slowly lower. Keep working on counting to 3-4 on each inhale and exhale to slow and control the movement.
2. Light twist
Bend knees drop both to L on exhale and inhale back to center then R side.
3. Clamshell drop knees out on inhale bring together on exhale
Review NS
Body scan with chakra centers as well.
Client/Group progress summary
Client continues to be grateful for the learning and sessions. He is incorporating the HW because I notice his ability to sink into the breathing is coming faster and more easily.
Reflection and self-evaluation
Our sessions continue to go pretty fast and we may skip an exercise if he already did PT that day, which usually means he is physically less strong. But he is always willing to try.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
Present more on energetics so he can do home practice with a focus on his immediate current state.
Since he can use his hand for NS we will work on some further pranayama practices to utilize the NS.
Teach Ujjayi for anuloma Ujjayi and Viloma Ujjayi.
