Philosophy - Starting simple with what the definition of yoga is, to yoke, unite. In terms of her connection to her breath, body and mind.
She has a hard time using the poses as moving meditation; she sees it more as exercise and asks many questions during.

Client/Group progress summary

We are just getting started so measuring progress is not available yet, but she would like to proceed twice a week for now which is a good sign of her committment.

Reflection and self-evaluation

This client understands where her challenges are and her mindset of being hard on herself, but hasn't quite gotten to a place in where she made changes toward connecting to herself in acceptance.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

We will be working on her Asana practice because that is what she is requesting. Also working towards her breathing techniques so she can be more present during practice.
