| Client/Group progress summary | Client is excited to find practices that work to alleviate tension and stress. Tapping around eye sockets when client feels particularly stressed is an immediately effective calming technique for her. She practices the humming breath in a prone position daily or more than once a day. It quickly releases mental tension for her. She feels the subtle vibration throughout her whole body. Imagining thoughts releasing out through the temples and down to the ground came to her naturally. The dark, dense ball of energy in her belly has dissipated. She feels this is due to acceptance of her parents’ living arrangement choice. Her arms felt heavy in savasana. Self-reported that she is learning to relax. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | It is encouraging to work with a client who has committed to a daily practice, knowing that she alleviates discomfort through her body and mind by doing so. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | Same as Session Four, adapted to specific needs of the day. Reflect on previous sessions and overall experience of our work together. |
