Physical

She is extremely tight in her muscles, and hips, also tends to round her shoulders in.

Client/Group goalswants to connect more to her body and learn techniques to manage stress/depression. also working towards balancing hormones.
Energetic

This clients breath is a bit shallow and she often holds her breath without noticing. She has a good amount of energy considering her busy life and sleep at night not being consistent.

Emotional

She can be a bit of a people pleaser, i noticed that it may interfere with her taking care and making time for herself.
With her hormones not being balanced it's hard to gage the depression she has. For the most part it seems mild but her stress level is pretty high.

Spiritual orientation and needs

We haven't explored the spiritual side of what she is looking for yet, she definitely desires a deeper sense of self.

Intellectual / Sense of self

She is very ready for positive changes in her life and is hopeful that yoga therapy and our time will be the shift her life needs.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
