Client/Group progress summary

Client has had a rough couple of weeks. She was very relieved to have a session again. She was a bit stiff from overwork at the computer, but has been practicing most of the tools in her toolbox.
She was emotionally worn down, but had many successes along the way - feeling her feelings, and sticking up for herself, continuing her reading, spending time in nature and with her new baby goats.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I feel good about the time with this client. I’m looking forward to putting it together and looking at it as a whole project.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

This was the last session in the series for the capstone. We will look at our schedules and make a plan to meet a few times over the summer, refine the home practice and toolbox.
