Client/Group progress summary

The client reported that pain does not affect her enjoyment of life or general activity (score 2 out of 10, as 10 being the worst). She seemed to manage it well. FSI assessment indicates that fatigue is interfering with her normal activity and inability to concentrate. Her energy is low in the afternoon (more energy in the morning and evening).

Reflection and self-evaluation

The session was gentle as I tried to gauge the client’s physical ability. She included downward dog to assess her strength. She seemed to be doing it well; so, I will incorporate other standing poses in the next session. She enjoys chanting Om and loves kirtan. I will add more chanting to the future sessions.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
