Client/Group progress summary

This client wants the same practice of asanas so that she can teach her left side the muscle memory. We found a good sequence that is targeting her whole body and breath and we are working on her for for her balance.
She is doing very well and got through a few poses quietly while breathing.

Reflection and self-evaluation

This is a fun but challenging client in the ways that I need to make sure she is safe and also that she stays present for the true benefit of yoga.

She is taking this very seriously and is willing to do the work and really wants to do it right.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Keep moving her towards presence and trusting her body and self. The shape and form of these asanas is very important because she wants to do them on her own safely.
