| Activities | Discussion and check in Centering- sensory activation and observing where she today in body, mind and energy of breath. Asanas- JAPA, Constructive rest, twists, leg circles (strength in lower belly for balance) Cat/Cow, Cobra-Locust, Low lunges (assisted), supine dancer (balance strength) hip rotations and side bending. Restorative relaxation with bolster either as inversion of back bend. Meditation- Imagery of peaceful garden (senses) Pranayama- square breathing with imagery of roots, grounding practice. Philosophy - revisiting 2:46 and concepts of the asana are steady and stable but intended for moving and preparation for meditation |
