Client/Group progress summary

The stress of the last week has trickled into this week. She has 3 very young children and a husband that doesn't contribute much in the way of their care while also working full time.
She is so excited for our sessions because this is where it is truly her time care and attention.
She did great with her breath and postures and is getting stronger.

Reflection and self-evaluation

She shared so much about the burdens of her day to day life and her loss of herself through the process of family life.
Also, how much her husband is absent and the challenges that presents.
It was amazing to have her share and it shaped the practice so that we can connect to her voice and her breath in a powerful way because she can feel powerless.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

I want to move into more empowering practices for this client, allowing her to tap into her strength that exists within her.
