| Activities | Seated: Grounding, Centering Warm up: Seated: With strap, Arms over head arms in Y shape, then bend at the elbows to bring arms behind head to a W shape Standing: wall lunge, wall mountain pose, wall push ups Seated cobra Posture strap Yoga nidra - body scan meditation - client said he was very very relaxed We spoke about the how hot it was in NJ. Spoke about Ayurveda and how summer is hot and full of heat so we need to incorporate more cooling foods in our diet: more salads, be sure to drink more water. Incorporate what NJ summer has to offer like, stone fruit, watermelon, corn, Jersey tomatoes. Make a tomato, mozzarella, basil salad. |
