Activities

Wisdom: We discussed and spoke about sutra 1.14. He's said he notices how strong and steady he is on his feet and especially getting up and down from the chair. He said he's able to walk further and not using his cane as much. His breath is less shallow and now able to breathe deeply. I said it was because of his hard and dedication. I explained yoga sutra 1.14 Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to for a long time, without break and with all earnestness. He now has a stable foundation, sees and feels how his hard work is paying off. He needs to continue with his daily home practice.

Client/Group progress summary

Client has really come along way. Really proud of his hard work and dedication. He is really happy with himself and getting stronger by the day, not only physically but mentally and breath as well.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I'm so happy when I see the client really see the results. He said without YT, he doesn't know where he'd be. That just makes me want to serve others even more. Knowing that I can help others and I'm not an imposter. He really made my day today!

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
