| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |

| Adjustments and adaptations you made to your care plan, | We mostly stuck with her care plan and the adaptations were made for her comfort with asana and relaxation. |
| Client/Group Goals | She definitely met her goals and the revision of them was to continue working with her practice regularly, deepening her restorative, somatic healing and breath work. |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |
| Physical level | While we had worsening during our time together, there was also so much improvement in her physical strength and balance. |
| Energetic level | This was one of the most profound changes with her was the way she learned to breath and use it during her day and at night. |
| Emotional | While didn't really open up about what things were to me emotionally, she often expressed how it was working through old micro traumas she was carrying with her since childhood. |
| Intellectual / Sense of self | She has begun to really understand what her body and mind need for inner peace and clarity. This was also a big win for her. |
| Spiritual orientation and support plan | She really connected to her meditation practice, I do not feel as though it is a "god" of "higher power' she related to but more the higher power of her and her own self and energy. |
| Additional Information | |
| Feedback received from client/group, anecdotal or written | She wrote a review me via text and referred me to a few of her friends. |
| Sample of homework given between sessions (after initial homework) | She had recored movement and breath work as well a Yoga Nidra for sleep. |
| Personal reflection from doing client/group. | |
| Rough estimate of time spent in preparation and follow up documentation per session | 60 |
| What you would change with benefit of hindsight | I can't think of anything would change. |
| Questions, problems, areas in which you’d like more support | While i felt very confident with this client there are always ways for me to grow in teaching mediation. |
| Did you enjoy your service? | yes. |
