| Reflection and self-evaluation | With Sharea I needed to hold my plan loosely every session, but it was a great experience for me in meeting my client where they are, and letting go of my attachment to my care plan and any expectations of the session. I appreciated the relationship we had from the initial assessment, and as she shared what she had been through across all her koshas over the past few weeks, it was easy for me to simply ask her, "How can I best support you today? What do you feel you need from me?" - which she appreciated, and paused to reflect upon before answering. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
