Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

Client/Group progress summary
She is using a brace on her arm to support her shoulder.
She liked the idea of SAT CHIT ANANDA and asked for more information.
After Sun salutations on the chair, she felt "possible".
It's very difficult for her to get to the floor, so all the activities must be done on standing or sitting position.
At the end of the session, she asked about the definition of Shanti. I explained and sent an article about that.

Reflection and self-evaluation
She is very interested in yoga in general including philosophy, which is my piece of cake!
I feel that I can't help too much with her shoulder, but I can help with the fear she has about pain.
We know how we think can take us toward disease or health. So yoga philosophy can help her to change the way she thinks, directing the thoughts toward health and lessening the grief.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.

Yoga Philosophy:
Understanding the Eternal Nature of the Soul
The Bhagavad Gita emphasizes the eternal nature of the soul. According to Lord Krishna, the soul is immortal and transcends physical death. In Chapter 2, Verse 20, Krishna says:
"For the soul, there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing, and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain." (Bhagavad Gita 2.20)
