Client/Group progress summary

MB appreciates breathing practices - didn't care for Breath of Joy. He's seeming more grounded and connected with his practice. Showing more agency with what's working and what isn't.
Resists daily Asanas. Does what he can when he can.

Reflection and self-evaluation

Good to see ongoing progress / benefits with all that MB has been doing. Appreciate his willingness and openness. His feedback is increasingly candid. He's truly wanting to see benefits of his practice as he works to rebuild his strength while being mindful and accepting of Long Covid factor and its ongoing effects on his daily life.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with core-strengthening work. Explore Kappalabhati. Discuss Praktipaksha Bhavana.
