Client/Group progress summary

The client is now able to reach into her toolbox and give herself whatever she knows she needs each day. She knows she feels well when she follows her vegan diet, exercises at the gym, does her asana, pranayama, and meditation routine. She also reaches for pratipaksha bhavana, the 4 keys, and witnessing practice as needed each day. She sees the value of these teachings for daily life. She is feeling more empowered to continue her journey to healing and wholeness which includes protecting herself from people who do not respect her or her needs. She is beginning to see that she deserves to have loving, supportive people in her life. She does not have to do everything all alone.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I'm so happy to see how much progress this client has made since March. I feel confident she has the ability to care for herself, to think of her own needs. We will keep in touch via email and texting. We may continue meeting once a month via Zoom beginning in October.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
