| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. | Physical level | Arnette expressed her frustration about the pain in her neck as she did not see pain reduction as she expected despite gentle shoulder movements and median nerve sliding/gliding, but she experienced significant pain reduction after she corrected her posture after 4th session. Her digestion also improved, alleviating lower back pain related to desk-bound activities by seated asana practice daily. |
| Energetic level | The introduction of breathing practices such as alternate nostril breathing and Brahmari breathing has helped Arnette to alleviate pain, manage her energy levels reduce mental stress. Her daily practices have contributed to improving her energetic state, increasing her calmness. |
