Client/Group progress summary

I'll miss NM. Have always appreciated her can-do enthusiasm and feedback. She started out with a number of conditions, some of which have been re-diagnosed. She's committed to being her best and yoga is an integral part of her intention. She has a good foundation regarding stress management using the Gunas to her ID her current state, then to breathe and choose from there.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I've enjoyed working with this client and have learned a lot. Looking back there were some things I wish I'd done differently and/or emphasized more. All in all, I think she benefited working with me in a number of ways, including Ahimsa, listening to her body and not pushing too much. Trusting herself and the pace she's moving at. I regularly encouraged her to slow down and experience the full expression of each movement - letting the breath guide her.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
