Homework assignment to client/group

She has a daily practice for 20 mins that is recorded and does it at night.

Activities

check in discussion-
we spent most of our time tailoring the daily practice to what is working and what is not. While it was a full moving practice we really went through each asana on form because this is where we needed to make sure she was being safe when she practices on her own which is the mail goal

We discussed Tapas, the discipline of the our daily practice but also to find ease within the asana and energy of breath.

Pranayama - we did a 3 part yogic breath (we took the breathing cues out of the asana because it was too much for her to process)

Meditation- acceptance of self of where we are at the present moment and honor our body for what is does for us.

Client/Group progress summary

She is very proud at how strong she is becoming, also is developing more and more range of motion on her left side. Her ankle is pretty fused and doesn't move so we imagine it rotating and it has begun some micro movement.

Reflection and self-evaluation

This client is really working hard and is very committed to our time together as well as her time for practice. She has little wins all the time and is honoring them.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

To move through practice from beginning to end before check in and discussion.
