Her breath is deep and full when she is centering but shallow when moving, claims it can be that way during the day.
She sleeps well and doesn't complain of energy loss throughout her day.

She comes across extremely happy and confident, good body image considering the extra weight. Seemed to have a good support group with family and friends.

Spiritual orientation and needs

She is an energy worker and holistic healer. connected spiritually in a universal aspect.

Intellectual / Sense of self

She is well studied and has a busy and successful life and career. She is proud and connected to her work and appears to have a good sense of seff.

Yoga philosophy/wisdom research reference(s)

Yoga being a union and connection to body and breath. I would like to incorporate Pratyahara as well guiding sense withdrawal so she may focus on inner self and energy.

Scientific research reference(s), why chosen, how you plan to incorporate 1-3

Contraindications are her inability to get on and off the floor and her lower body range of motion, we will be working in a chair and using the chair to build the strength of getting on and off the floor.

Want to work with movement of the legs, knees and hips to get the joint mobile again because they seem tight, also it where her body carries a lot of the extra weight.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
