| Physical | All the students range in age, and have different range of motion but in good shape and at average weight and can get on and off the floor. All of them have been practicing yoga for a few years and 1 is an instructor. |

| Energetic | This group come to restore, to learn to be calm while creating supported space in the body, they have nice full breaths and welcome all pranayama exercises. |
| Emotional | Most of the students appear to be in touch with their emotional selves and they share a lot with each other. One is newly retired and planning to move down south in a few months, one has lower back pain which causes her upset, another student manages a busy business of her own. so these are some of the emotional and stressful factors that are with this group. so far. |
