Client/Group progress summary

Client showed up very anxious to class due to business deadlines, kids being home for the summer and lack of help. Also feeling pressure in her upper back due to the weight of her breasts. Client realizes how great her self awareness is and she is actively regulates her anxiety. When she has anxiety she knows exactly where it originates. Discussed son's anger and how she is incorporating Locks and Keys teaching. By the end of session the client was energized and feeling relaxed.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I ran out of time and was not able to provide the client with the wall hang pose to release stress and other practices planned for the session; I also ran out of time to do Deergha Svasam and teach kapalahati. Did not have time for a short medication but we did close with a chant.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

continue with a strengthening session.
Introduce Kapalabhati for energizing and the wall hang pose to reduce stress.
