Client/Group progress summary

Client is using yogi toes. Has hard time lifting arches.
Shoulders are still very tight, especially her right shoulder.
It's hard to see any progress since the last time I saw her was June. She's still going to PT, pilates and having dry needling done by the recommendation of her doctor. Her doctor said to keep moving. She has been cleared for yoga and any and all movements.

We moved very slow with lots of rest in between

Reflection and self-evaluation

It's been 3 months since I last saw her. It's hard to notice any progress but I'm glad she finally got a diagnosis on her hip. Only got through a quarter of what I had planned. We moved slow and with lots of rest in between. Hope she will use her breath to help her with her pain.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
