| Activities | Centering on the importance of mindfulness and present moment awesness as a tool for stress/anxiety and breath awareness inhaling front of body exhaling back of body. Asanas- gentle warming neck shoulders and seated cat cow, legs long knees, ankles Pranayama- square breath while touching fingertips then relaxing hands Meditation- Revisiting the importance of precense and awareness of thoughts, emotions and our behaviors that in their identity can be changed from negative to positive and how this aids in the battle against stress and stressful situaltions this is the yoga philosophy through s=centering and class and meditation. |
