Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

We checked in about his level of pain, he states his shoulder felt a little stiff in the morning but its ok now.
Started out in mountain pose, checking into his body, checking into his breath noticing any tension in his body and sending a mental message to release. Starting with shoulder roles in both directions.
Chin to chest pendulum movements
Ear to shoulder movement including moving the opposite arm backwards and feeling into the stretch on both sides
Chest openers, with imagining pressing a beach ball together.
Forward bend agains the wall with pendulum swings of one arm and then the other.
Forward bend with engaging the back muscles, like in a baby cobra on the floor, which he is not able to do because of his shoulder.
Half lifts

Made a change from icing this shoulder to using heat following a recommendation of my mentor
I am building trust so he shares his work stressors with me
he is motivated because he is starting to see improvement
I am working on building a whole person treatment plan with slowly adding strength building with increased flexibility
He told me that he likes the yoga therapy because we are working on his whole body and mind as opposed to physical therapy that only worked on his shoulder,
I am integrating annamayakosha, pranamayakosha and manomayakosha in my treatment plan.
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
I will continue with the same treatment plan for the next sessions as I am seeing improvement .
