| Activities | GB shared with me that she used box breathing during work now. She likes box breathing. I went over again that yoga is cumulative and her practice will become grounded if she continues on a daily basis. She's already noticing that she now is mindful that she's holding her breath and reminds herself to breathe. She needs to continue with her poses at home. Her roots are starting to grow. Introduced new Breath work - alternate nostril We went over some of the previous poses and continued to work on Paschimottanasana. I introduced bridge pose. Starting with pelvic engagement and eventually lifting up to bridge. We did not have the arms underneath the back. Just along the sides of the body. tensing and releasing & relaxation |
| Client/Group progress summary | She is being more mindful. She notices when she is tense and holding her breath and is reminding herself to breathe. She hasn't been doing the poses everyday but will when she remembers. I suggested doing mountain pose waiting for her train. She prefers to run when she has time. She's not doing her hw on a daily basis because she forgets. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Was tired today. I had a long day and GB was my last client. I wasn't as peppy but I delivered and hopefully what she needed. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | Continue with bridge pose and some variations with a block between the inner thighs and working towards the arm underneath the back. |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |

| Personal reflection from doing client/group. | |
