Continue with box breathing
Continue with 20 min of YT every night
Continue to find the tapas and finding her breath when she's stressed.
Continue to practice if she's comfortable with the eyes closed when she's in table, cat/cow with eyes closed.

Activities

Check in: she's doing well. Through out the day, she uses box breathing especially when stressed. Work is stressful for her. She's does 20min/day for her YT after work.

I bought back up Sutra 1.14, how her yoga is getting firmly grounded and she should be proud of her hard work and we will continue with tapas. When she starts to feel the burn, to find her breath. Know that it will not last forever and let her breath be her anchor and help her through. Just like life, when something stressful comes up. Let it burn, find your breath and let her breath carry her through, knowing this too shall pass.

Activities:
Grouding/centering
Breath work: Alternate nostril breathing

Warm up: shoulder rolls, side bends, twists, bouncy twists

Table top (going through the alignment), cat cow, Childs pose, down dog. Dynamic flow table top, cat/cow, Childs pose. Invited her to close her eyes to feel how her body moves through space along with her breath (proprioception). Had her come to Childs pose after to feel how those movement felt within (introception)

Client/Group progress summary

Client is taking YT seriously. She is more aware of her body. Always shows up eager to learn and move.

Reflection and self-evaluation

It's a pleasure to work with GB. She's a model client compared to some of my others. lol

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
