| Client/Group progress summary | This was our Intake session. We covered a lot of ground. Client loves to interject stories during our time together. He was most appreciative of all we covered. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | All in all, I believe practiced good listening. Patience too - with client's interruptions to share a story and connect. I was delighted to see my intuition show up as I improvised several times during our session - suggesting movements and asking questions. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | Based upon our first session, I'll develop my Assessment sequence - focusing on range of motion for his upper body and determining baseline for balance by timing each standing pose. |
