Please include at least one suggestion from Karma, Bhakti, Raja, or Jnana Yoga tailored for this client/group.
Over time, we want to see something from each branch, selected, adapted and re-framed appropriately. Tools from each module should be used (not on each client/group – but overall)
The outline should show the sequence of practices as you plan to offer them. Your care plan proposal should be approved by the mentor before session 2 if possible, or 3 if approval is delayed by mentor.

- STRESS MANAGEMENT
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
– Viktor Frankl
We discussed this again on Saturday. Consider the ‘space’ between stimulus and response. Remember: you get to choose: take a breath. Taking that breath helps you to respond rather than react.

Client/Group progress summary
Good to reconnect after a break. I find myself improvising with him more and more. Doing so is opening up more possibilities for client to counter the Kyphosis and Dropped Head Syndrome (DHS). I appreciate his delight and enthusiasm as he says, 'Yes! This is helping.'
He didn't practice much but says he's noticing a difference.
Reflection and self-evaluation
I'm enjoying working with him as we explore new ways to help him counter the Kyphosis and DHS. I'm reminding him to take these postures slowly and let the breath lead him through each movement. Also reminding him to tune into the quality of the breath to indicate what he's doing with ease or not.
Fun to come up with 'Cherry Picking' as another means to get movement / extension into his torso, while encouraging him to lift his chin and look up as he alternates arm raises. Fun!
Final Client/Group Report
After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session
More of the same Chair Yoga, Strap Work, Breathing and introduce Upeksha - and any other inspired improvisation comes up in the moment.
