Seated gentle stretch 6. Gentle neck/shoulder stretch |
| Activities | I began today’s session by asking Dan if he had experienced any new challenges or changes since our last meeting. He shared that the cool temperature and changes in atmospheric pressure had exacerbated his upper back pain. Additionally, he mentioned hiring a new lawyer for his lawsuit, which had caused frustration as he had to repeat the information he had already provided to his previous lawyer. |
| Client/Group progress summary | He maintains his progress physically and emotionally. I am seeing his understanding of the concept of acceptance and appreciation toward to current life, he stated there was something beyond my control and I have to live with it. |
| Reflection and self-evaluation | Every time I learn something new when he notices his physical condition worsened. The weather has been worsening his upper back pain despite the surgery was over 2 years ago. What I can offer is to teach him how he can manage when he faces those situations. |
| Final Client/Group Report | After seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake) Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report. |
| Plan for next session | I will continue to follow this care plan for the next several sessions, additional asana will be introduced gradually to strengthen his physical body. |
| Report briefly on each Kosha below | Progress toward wellness or worsening reported by the client/group or that you observed in the following areas |
