Client/Group progress summary

He didn’t practice anything I prescribed, except he could one day lay down on the deck in silence when he could not sleep. He said it was an enjoyable experience. Another technique he uses is to give thanks.
The night before the session, he couldn’t sleep, but after the session, he felt more energy and didn’t sleep during Yoga Nidra.
We practiced tree pose and counted the seconds: standing on the left leg 5s/ right leg 27s.
I sent orientations for him to download Julie Lusk’s audible, to the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Reflection and self-evaluation

I noticed that all my clients (except my capstone) didn’t do the homework when I was away for 10 days. Maybe I need to send messages of encouragement to them in these situations.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
