| Activities | Question Flex/Ext (elbows bent at 90 degrees (palms facing floor) movement brings the elbows together in front of you, on exhale curving upper back. Inhale, and focus on squeezing the scapulas together, using muscles. Focus on spinal extension feeling the scapulas across the ribs. Stand: Chair dog (back of chair so body in L. (establish 4-6 breaths, then step slightly back with L foot Stay 4-6 breaths then back to feet in line for 4 breaths. Lengthen spine in posture. Parsva Urdhva Namaskarasana EX: Reach up with the right side EX back to center. EX Lean to right and stretch the left side body, In to come up. and breathe into left.
