PRANAYAMA - I’m glad that you’re continuing to explore your breath. Keep breathing! Regarding 3-Part Breath - remember one hand on belly and the other on the heart are to help you connect with the body as you inhale and exhale. A great practice to remember when you’re feeling triggered, etc. Just takes a few moments to start to connect and shift your experience.

ASANAS - 2 to 3 X per week - basic warmups and shoulder / posture sequence.

CHAKRAS - FINDING YOUR VOICE - Visshuda / Throat Chakra - Kirtan Kriya - there are a number of recordings of this Kundalini practice, which has generated extensive scientifically-backed research verifying a number of benefits. I think you’ll find this to be a powerful practice to incorporate into your day. If it interests you, be sure to find a recording that you enjoy. Lots of possibilities here.

So Hum Mantra - you mentioned listening to Gregorian Chants. You may enjoy this as well. Lots of different versions to experience. ’So Hum’ means "I am That”. That is, identifying oneself with the Universe or Ultimate Reality.

As I mentioned, when challenging stuff comes up, to me it just means it’s ready to be healed. I'm glad you have an appointment with your therapist tomorrow.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

More of the same. Asanas - deepening into the upper body Asanas, introduce one or two more to augment her goal re reversing kyphosis. Continue with Pranayama. Practice Kirtan Kriya.
