Client/Group progress summary

Client is doing well. She's becoming more confident with her posture sequence. Finding herself standing up straighter during her day. Really appreciated the Visualization to help bring her back to the present moment and breathe when she's triggered.
She also mentioned that she's wondering if she even has Kyphosis. Said she had some imaging done several years ago. Now recalls she was depressed at the time and probably slumped over.
I encouraged her to get some more imaging as soon as possible.

Reflection and self-evaluation

More good stuff and progress for both of us. So exciting to see her progressing and noticing changes in her stance and mood during the day. Regarding her Kyphosis, I'm wanting to shift focus down to her core. I also want to introduce more Chakra concepts to her - especially around her core area. Based upon her intake, we've focused on the Visshuda - with Kirtan Kriya and So Hum mantra. Time for an brief tutorial of the entire Chakra system as well.

Final Client/Group ReportAfter seeing your client/group (for at least 4 sessions including interactive intake)
Please remember practicum is a learning experience. You’ll learn more from sharing what’s accurate than from what might “look good”. Things you did well, not so well, problems and questions are all valid and useful tools to teach you. We can’t serve you to become the best clinician you can be if you don’t share your challenges and mistakes. Success is anything from which you learn. You can continue to add Session entries after submitting this Final Client/Group Report.
Plan for next session

Continue with Asanas - Continue to focus on letting the breath initiate each movement.
